Agreement between User and 3Steps LLC dba 3 Steps Insurance

The https://3stepsinsurance.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by 3Steps LLC, doing business as 3 Steps Insurance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Name: 3 Steps Insurance SMS Program

Program Description: By opting in, you may receive SMS messages from 3 Steps Insurance related to your insurance inquiry, service updates, appointment reminders, customer support, application status and important account or coverage-related notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional coverage review reminders and promotional updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (727) 610-7702. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
